Rytho Return Policy

At Rytho, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return policy:

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, unworn, and original condition with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or custom-made jewelry.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@rytho.site or by phone at 907-793-3146. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item. Please package the item securely to avoid damage during return shipping.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
